Event henna is charged by the hour, starting at 10 OMR. One artist gets through roughly 6 to 10 guests an hour depending on how detailed the designs are. We bring the cones, the seating setup and the tissue, and we work wherever you put us.

How many hours you need

Work backwards from your guest count. At 6 to 10 guests an hour, a party of twenty needs two to three hours, thirty needs three to four, and anything above fifty is better served by two artists working in parallel than by one artist for six hours.

Guests do not queue evenly. Most of the demand lands in the first hour and again after the food, so booking slightly more time than the arithmetic suggests is usually the right call.

What designs at events look like

Event henna is deliberately quicker than bridal work. Simple, elegant, and mixed to dry fast, because guests want to get back to the party rather than sit still with wet paste on their hands. Think a single flowing motif across the back of the hand, a bracelet pattern at the wrist, or fingertip work.

Guests who want something more detailed can have it. It simply takes longer, which affects how many other people get seen in the same hour. If you have a few guests who want fuller designs, tell us in advance and we plan the hours around it.

What we need from you

1. A chair and a table, or floor cushions if that suits your setup better
2. Good light. Fine line work in dim lighting is slow and worse. A lamp is enough if the room is dark.
3. A spot slightly out of traffic, so guests with wet henna are not being bumped
4. An idea of guest numbers when you book, so we bring enough cones

We supply everything else, including tissue and aftercare cards for guests to take away.

Booking and payment

Message us with the date, the start time, how many hours you want and roughly how many guests you expect. We confirm availability and the total. There is no deposit. You pay at the end of the booking, cash or bank transfer.

One to two weeks’ notice is usually enough. Eid weeks and the wedding season fill much earlier, so book those as soon as you have a date.

Where we travel

Across Muscat: Seeb, Mabela, Mawaleh, Al Khuwair, Ruwi and the surrounding areas, plus hotels, schools and venues throughout the city. If your event is outside Muscat, message us with the location first and we will tell you honestly whether we can reach you.
